All the apartments listed on this website are owned by Margate365 and as such we are able to offer clients direct discounts of up to 15% off rates advertised on other holiday websites.
Currently, our rates start from R2750 per apartment per week. Our weekend rates (arriving Friday, departing Sunday) start from R1250 per apartment.
This includes a once off admin and clean-up fee of R250. There are no other hidden add on charges.
Margate365 continously monitors the rates charged by other rental agents for apartments in the Bondi Beach Resort and Balooga Bay Resort, we then discount the average rate. Remember all our units are air-conditioned and arrangements can be made for daily servicing of the apartments at an extra cost.
We will try to better any quote for similar type apartments along the South Coast.
