BOOKING PROCESS



We are able to reduce our administration costs as well as fees payable to booking agents as the initial query and booking is done via the internet. These savings are then passed on to clients. In many instances discounts of up to 15% are achieved.

 

1. Find the apartment that you would like to book in either Margate or Shelly Beach

2. Check the availability calenders for each of the units.

3. Request a quote by submitting the request via the availability calenders feature.

4. Please ensure that a valid and current  email address is provided and if possible a cellular/mobile phone number is listed in the query form. This will help fascilite the booking process.

5. We will then respond to the query. Our current response time is 6 hours.

6. If the quote is accepted, you will need to email us. We will respond telephonically if requested, however we would prefer all queries and questions are submitted via email. This helps us reduce costs.

7. The unit will then be reserved. We will thereafter provide the details of our agents in Margate as well as all the relevant booking details, including maps.

8. Payment is to made to our agents (in Margate) at least 14 days prior to commencement of the holiday or via our safe online PayPal Gateway.
